Just wanted to let everyone know that we've posted some great new TNA promo photos of Sting and Kurt Angle on our website, ManiacJoe.com : The Sting shot is already on temporary backorder, but if you order it now, we will ship it to you as soon as it is back in stock, in time for LotR. We also have a very limited amount of Kurt Angle WWE promo photos of him holding the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, the same photos that are on sale on eBay for $75 or more! Joe, what are these photos printed on?
I think those chrome backgrounds look so cheap. Bad photoshop on most.

They're printed on stock which is slightly thicker than what you used to get for your lithos, Greg. As far as stock quality, they're about even with WWE promos. I agree though, the diamond plate background detracts from the overall photos. It's just SLIGHTLY better than the flame background they used to use. |

In person they look a lot better but I do agree with Greg some are just terrible photo shop jobs.
Will stick with my white border WWE promos or nothing.

I got the MEM Promo when I met Steiner over the weekend, it looks pretty good, it be nice to finish it up at LOTR and it seems like I can get everyone but Booker T at LOTR.

I like the promos WWE had with the plain white backgrounds. You could get those signed whatever color you wanted.

You're not alone. Most collectors I know like the old style better. Some have refused to get the new ones.
I'm trying to find out what the WWE is planning on doing with the promos.
There was a new Hawkins/Ryder white-border promo that went from $3.50 a few weeks ago, to $25 now on eBay.

I saw that promo on ebay and thought it was insane.. but at least I thought it was a sign of things to come (meaning they would do away with those new airbrushed looking ones...) I refuse to buy those... |
